What the GCC Inner Circle is
Welcome to the GCC Inner Circle, the part of GCCPROs built for the practitioners rather than the platforms.
GCC Insiders is an open community. The Inner Circle is open to anyone who has actually worked inside a Global Capability Centre in India, from analyst to vice-president, across finance, technology, operations, human resources and sales.
Everyone is verified by hand before they are let in. That single rule is what keeps the room useful: no recruiters working a list, no vendors pitching a platform, no consultants prospecting. Just practitioners comparing notes on the problems GCCs actually have.

Our team checks the details by hand against the centres in our database, which usually takes a working day or two. If anything is unclear we will write to you before deciding; we would rather ask than turn away a genuine practitioner.
