Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to www.gccpros.com and the services offered on it: the GCC Database (Individual edition), the Enterprise Data API, the Opportunities talent platform, and the GCC Leaders’ Community benchmark console (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using any Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and eligibility

• The Services are for business/professional use by adults (18+). You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials, or allowing others to use your account, is prohibited and grounds for suspension without refund.
• New accounts may require manual approval. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion, including for suspected abuse or misrepresentation.

2. GCC Database — Individual edition licence

• Individual access is licensed for individual, personal research only. Bulk extraction, automated scraping, harvesting, resale, redistribution, list-building for resale, or sharing of revealed data outside your own research use is prohibited.
• Searches and reveals are metered by credits. Credit costs, caps and welcome bonuses are shown on the portal and may change prospectively.
• Credits are non-refundable once added, except for billing errors or service failures on our side (email admin@gccpros.com). Credits do not expire while your account remains active in good standing.
• Every reveal is watermarked with your email and timestamp and logged server-side. You consent to this logging as a condition of access.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; card data never touches our servers. Invoices are issued by Chartered Times LLP.

3. Enterprise Data API

Enterprise access (API keys, seats, SSO, field tiers, quotas) is governed by a separate written agreement and order form with your organisation. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the written agreement prevails for Enterprise use.

4. Opportunities (talent platform)

• Opportunities is an independent commercial service operated by Chartered Times LLP, separate from GCCPROs community membership.
• Job seekers and partners must submit accurate profiles, CVs and referral information. Fabricated referrals, spam, or misrepresentation of candidates result in removal and forfeiture of pending earnings.
• Partner payouts require completed KYC and are subject to the Partner Agreement accepted at registration. Placement fees and coin values are as displayed at the time of the referral.
• We facilitate introductions; we do not guarantee interviews, offers, placements or any earnings level.

5. GCC Leaders’ Community

• Membership is free, invite-style, for serving GCC leaders, and expires after 12 months unless renewed. Approvals are manual.
• The benchmark is provided for research use only, sector-locked to your own industry. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, copying, downloading, printing or export of benchmark content is not permitted.
• Your identity is masked; your company record may carry an anonymous “Peer-Verified” badge based on your confirmations.

6. Data quality

We apply a research-grade, evidence-based methodology, but data is compiled from public and licensed sources and may contain errors or become outdated. The Services and data are provided “as is” without warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying data before relying on it for decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The database, its compilation, structure, verification notes, reports and site content are the intellectual property of Chartered Times LLP and are protected by applicable copyright and database rights. Your licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.

8. Acceptable use

• No scraping, crawling, systematic downloading, or circumvention of credit metering, caps, watermarking or access controls.
• No reverse engineering of the Services, probing of security, or use of another person’s credentials.
• No unlawful, defamatory or infringing use of data obtained from the Services.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or legal necessity. You may close your account at any time via “Manage my data” on the portal; deletion of personal data follows our Privacy Policy. Unused credits on accounts terminated for breach are forfeited.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chartered Times LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date; material changes will be notified via the Services or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
