Two big summits, and two smaller gatherings in between. All of them are invitation only and deliberately small, because people speak honestly in a small group and rarely in a large one.

After Pune, the summit moves to Hyderabad. A day with GCC leaders, built around the decisions they are actually making.
We talk about what is not working, not only what is. That is rather the point of the day.
Tier 1 academic institutions are invited to partner.

Our first summit outside India. Companies planning a GCC anywhere in the world, meeting senior GCC leaders and government officials face to face.
A day with the people who actually run India’s GCCs. Closed doors, no vendors, and site heads and country heads sitting with the state’s senior ministers. From the lamp-lighting to frank panels on talent and innovation, the day was built on real conversation, not pitches.
A resounding successChief Minister of Maharashtra
Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra
Minister of Industries, Maharashtra
CEO, STC, Government of Uttar Pradesh
Mayor of Pune
Protiviti joined as Silver Partner, represented by Managing Directors Nancy Bhatt and Tarun Arora. The talent track ran twice: a panel on talent roles and bottlenecks with Anthony Hayward (Hardskills), Kalpesh Seta (TomTom) and Ashutosh Sharma (Checkmarx), moderated by GCCPROs CEO Shammi Prabhakar Singh; and a live GCC talent survey answered by everyone present. A second panel, on emerging industries and domains, featured Gopinath R Mujumdar, Centre Head at Bosch Global Software Technologies Pune. The accounts published by Protiviti and Bosch are collected in the newsroom.

Thank you. It was an event well organised.
Excellent event. Lots of connects, made many new friends today. Shammi and team, kudos to your efforts.
A great collective voice we built with our peer networks. Kudos to GCCPROs and Shammi to pull this together in such a short time. #WhyNotPune
Superb summit. Thanks to all the organisers and people who made it happen.
The event was well organised.
Great work Shammi, GCCPros and the organising team, for this well-crafted event. Very thoughtful in bringing attention to the Pune tech ecosystem. Privileged to be there. #WhyNotPune
Great event Shammi! Congratulations to you and the whole team behind making this such a huge success. And like we said, this is just the beginning.
Great effort to bring us all together. Bringing the CM, Deputy CM and Industry Minister onto one platform to interact with the GCC network is a big step.
Super event, what an execution, so flawless, and what value delivered. No sales pitch, real conversations, and intriguing questions on Menti and panel discussions.
A huge thank you for organising the Summit in Pune. The sessions were insightful and engaging, and what stood out most was the clear message from the government to grow the ecosystem.
Great event. More meaningful than most other GCC events. Well done Shammi and team.
Great event Shammi, thank you for curating this opportunity and getting us and the policy makers together. Looking forward to the next one already!
One closed-door room, no scripts, no fluff. You don't get many rooms where the people setting policy and the people running these centers on the ground talk to each other directly. This was one of them.
Thank you Shammi for the wonderful event, well coordinated and organised. Proud to be part of this.
Thanks Shammi and team for a wonderful and well-organised event. Looking forward to staying connected with all leaders.
Well planned and organised event. Looking forward to more events from GCCPROs.
Great event, well conceptualised, planned and executed. Looking forward to continued engagement with GCCPROs and all member GCC leaders.
Indeed a lovely event. Loved that we spoke reality and skipped the fluff. Thanks for the amazing organisation.
Thank you Shammi and the team for this great event. The best part was the opportunity to speak the honest reality. The talent survey via Menti was an amazing way to bring out reality. #WhyNotPune
Thanks Shammi and team for a much-needed event in Pune.
Thank you for putting together such an exceptional gathering. The icing on the cake was the authentic atmosphere: no sales pitch, just real conversations with great peers.
Amazing event Shammi, thank you for making us a part of it. Looking forward to the next event!
What a truly impactful and well-curated event. Bringing GCC leaders and Government dignitaries together on the same platform was both bold and meaningful. Here's to many more editions!
A thoughtfully curated event with very engaging conversations, and a great opportunity to connect with leaders across the GCC ecosystem. Energy, attention to detail and seamless execution.
Indeed a finely strategised and meticulously executed event. Thanks for having me on the delegate list!
A big appreciation to Shammi Prabhakar Singh and the entire GCCPROS team for creating this platform, a practitioner-led forum where the conversation is about what actually works, what doesn't, and what needs to change.
A closed-door meeting for the people who actually run Global Capability Centres, sitting with senior policy makers. No vendors are invited. The 2026 edition at the Conrad in Pune on 11 August brought more than 100 GCC leaders from more than 80 companies into one room, with the Chief Minister of Maharashtra as chief guest.
The next event is a breakfast roundtable in HITEC City, Hyderabad on Thursday, 1 October 2026, capped at twenty GCC site heads. The GCC Leadership Summit follows in Hyderabad on Thursday, 26 November 2026 from 9:00 AM, invite only and capped at 200 seats.

Serving GCC leaders and their leadership teams, with state policy makers and academic partners. At Pune, 19 CEOs joined the Chief Minister’s roundtable and four dignitaries spoke from the stage. We keep the numbers small on purpose, so people speak freely.

No. The summits are vendor-free by design. Pune was a closed-door, vendor-free forum and the format has not changed, because people only discuss what is not working when nobody present is selling something. Tier 1 academic institutions are invited to partner.
